We drove to Plitvice every morning, about 25 minutes. The house is really spacious — the kids couldn’t wait to get in the jacuzzi after our outings, and we barbecued every day. Everything was spotless on arrival, parking right at the door.
We wanted peace, not a hotel on the main road — that’s what we got. Jacuzzi in the evening, real quiet, clear directions. The roads were fine even in winter.
Warm house, equipped just like in the photos. After a full day out it was great to have the terrace and barbecue. Rudopolje is peaceful — we slept really well.
Nine of us and everything worked — three bedrooms, two showers, enough dishes. Used the jacuzzi daily. Great base for Plitvice plus one day in Rastoke.
